Description

There are excursions that are done to see, and there are excursions that are done to live. This one is one of the latter. Without haste, without endless explanations, with real free time to walk, sit in a square and let the people set the pace for you. The day combines two of the most beautiful corners of the Serra de Tramuntana. In Soller , a mountain town with a Mediterranean soul, you'll have time to get lost in its old town, go to the church of Sant Bartomeu or just sit in the main square to watch the local life go by. Later, in Valldemossa , you will walk along cobblestone streets that seem to have been taken from another century, with time to browse a craft store and try the traditional potato coca. There are no monuments to “cross off the list”. There are two towns that enjoy walking, eating something good and leaving your cell phone in your pocket for a while.
