Description
You can't discover the Serra de Tramuntana standing at a viewpoint. It is discovered in motion: seeing how the landscape changes from the mountain to the sea, section by section, with each mode of transport telling a different part of the story. This is a full day tour of the Tramuntana, combining four ways of touring it: a historic train that is more than a century old, a coastal tram, a boat facing the cliffs and a mountain road. There are no big speeches or eternal stops at monuments — there is a continuous panoramic tour where the landscape is the protagonist. The most special time of the day comes in Said Calobra , where you will have free time to approach the Torrent de Pareis, walk along the coast or just sit and look at one of the most spectacular corners of the island. The rest of the day flows through rock-cut tunnels, hillsides of centuries-old olive trees and villages that appear and disappear among the vegetation. If you're looking for postcard photos, you'll have those too. But this excursion is, above all, for those who want to feel the Tramuntana, not just see it.
